Problem Note 21013: Form sets do not dynamically update to reflect changes in the underlying model hierarchy
In SAS Financial Management release 4.x, existing form sets are not dynamically
updated when changes are made to the model/dimension hierarchy.
For example, a form set is defined for the Sales Organization hierarchy,
with Target members Country and its descendants. If the descendants in
the Sales hierarchy are Eastern, Central and Western regions, then the
form set will contain data for Country and the 3 descendant regions.
After the form set is published, if changes are made to the Sales
hierarchy, those changes will not be dynamically reflected in the form set.
For instance, if the Eastern region is divided in Northeast and
Southeast, the existing form set will still only reflect Country and the
Eastern, Central and Western regions, even if the form set is
re-published.
To refelect hierarchy changes, edit the existing formset so that the
target hierarchy including any new member(s) is defined.
