Usage Note 20841: Accessing pre-defined SASĀ® Financial Management reports in the SAS Information Delivery Portal
In the SAS Information Delivery Portal, there are several pre-defined reports
available, providing information for topics such as:
- audit history
- data entry
- eliminations
- facts loaded
- manual adjustments
- intercompany accounts
- ownership methods
- trial balance
The SAS Information Delivery Portal is accessible via:
http://<fully qualified mid-tier server name>:7001/Portal
To access these pre-defined reports, please log on with a user ID that is a member of the
Administrators group.
- Select the Manage Documents link, which should be available in the
Favorites portlet.
- On the following screen, in the left navigation pane, ensure that your
repository is set to Finance.
- Select the Standard Reports folder from the folder tree (note, Standard
Reports may be found either under the Documents folder or under the SAS
Content folder).
- In the right pane, there will be is a list of Standard Reports; select
the desired report.
- On the following page, you will be prompted to enter some additional
information, which will vary depending on which report is selected.
For
instance, you might be required to enter information such as SAS Financial
Management model name, currency codes, user ID, time periods, analysis
values, organization members, and effective dates.
Once the report is generated, you are able to print it or save it in PDF format.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
