When a Stored Process that contains PROC RISK code is executed from SAS
Enterprise Guide or any other SAS client that executes Stored Processes,
the following error message might be produced:

  An error occurred executing the stored process job "<name of job>".
  Integration technologies failed to detect temporary library. [Error]
  Libname <name of library> is not assigned.

where

<name of job> is the user-defined name of the stored process and

<name of library> is the name of a library that was created by the RISK
Procedure.

This error is produced because a library created from within PROC RISK
persists beyond the RISK step, whereas the Stored Process is expecting
the library to have been defined directly and not by the procedure.

To prevent this error message, it is necessary to either

- ensure that the library has been created prior to the RISK step.  Then
 direct the RISK Procedure to that library.  Or,

- prevent the library  from being created.

Examples:

In a RUNPROJECT Statement, specify the OUTLIB= option to direct output
to a user-defined library.

Use the NOBACKSAVE option to prevent creation of certain temporary
libraries.
