Problem Note 17877: Special character(s) in password might cause Metadata Libname Engine to
fail with "ERROR: IOM call failed"
An attempt to assign a Meta Libname Engine (MLE) that requires
credentials, might fail if the password for the library contains a
special character such as an ampersand.
The LIBNAME statement will fail with the following:
ERROR: IOM call failed
ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
Currently, the only circumvention is to change the password to a string
that does not contain the ampersand.
