When you insert the SAS Setup CD at the end of the SAS Foundation 9.1.x
install on a Microsoft Windows XP operating system with Service Pack 2
applied, the following Windows Security Alert pop-up window might
appear:

There are 3 buttons:
"Keep Blocking" "Unblock" "Ask Me Later"
To ensure that SAS can get the ports that it needs, select "Unblock".
