Problem Note 12061: "ERROR: No matching observation was found in MASTER data set" is issued
after applying HOTFIX 82D220
After applying the HOTFIX 82D220 with SAS 8.2 or upgrading to SAS 9.1.x,
the very same code that works perfectly fine previously is now failing
with the error:
ERROR: No matching observation was found in MASTER data set.
The DBKEY length values are set incorrectly causing the processing of
the second index fetch to truncate the values. Therefore, no matching
values are found. This problem will only manifest itself when using
multi-column DBKEY values.
