Problem Note 11549: Out of memory error may occur if DBKEY= is used to query a Teradata
table
An out of memory error may occur if DBKEY= is used to query a Teradata
table. When the option is specified, a SELECT statement is built with
an USING clause to pass the values for the DBKEY= columns as host
variables. There is currently a limit as to the length of this
statement. It can be a maximum of 1024 characters. Having a SELECT
statement longer than that limit will cause the query to fail with the
Out of Memory error.
