Problem Note 10519: Using limits in prioritisations returns incorrect counts
When you use limits in a prioritization in the SAS Campaign Management
component, you may receive incorrect counts. This will occur for
prioritizations with three or more lines. The prioritization for line
2 is done by excluding the prioritization group from line 1, as it
should be. However, for line 3 and onwards, the prioritization
incorrectly excludes the original selection group from the preceeding
line.
