Problem Note 10435: Multi-threaded Scheduler configuration properties are sensitive to case
and trailing white space
The SAS Campaign Management component's Multi-threaded Scheduler
configuration settings owner.ManyTasks and dbUser.ManyTasks are
interpreted incorrectly if there are trailing spaces in the
scheduler.config file.
Also, the comparisons of task owner and database user are case
sensitive. For example, task owners 'SharonP' and 'sharonp' are treated
as two different owners. Likewise, database users 'ClintG' and 'clintg'
are also treated as two distinct database users.
