Problem Note 10432: 'Failed to open file' error occurs when using the default logging
pattern property
If you allow the SAS Campaign Management Multi-threaded Scheduler to
use use the default logging pattern (%h/java%u.log) in the
logging.config file, the following error is displayed in the console:
Failed to open file: C:\logfile\java0.log.0
java.io.FileNotFoundException: Failed to obtain a lock on
C:\logfile\java0.log.0
To circumvent the problem, explicitly set a logging pattern in the
logging.config file.
