Problem Note 10431: Error: 'Failed to obtain a lock' displays in the console log
If you start the SAS Campaign Management Multi-threaded Scheduler and
the log file already exists, you receive the following error in the
console display:
java.io.FileNotFoundExpection: Failed to obtain a lock on:.\logging
directory\test.0.log.0
Note: this error only occurs if you specify the FileHandler setting
within the config file. The error does not occur when you use
DailyFileHandler.
