Problem Note 10414: Selection rules using AND FIRST, AND LAST, OR FIRST and OR LAST take a
long time to run
If you run a selection rule in the SAS Campaign Management component and
use the operators AND FIRST, AND LAST, OR FIRST, or OR LAST the
selection rules can take an extremely long time to complete.
An example of such a rule is shown below:
Select clients where age = 18
and first account where balance > 0
