Usage Note 10385: Special command used for setting Enhanced Editor tools
EDCMD is an undocumented command for use only in the Enhanced Editor
when you define function keys and tools.
The list of commands that you can use with EDCMD include the following:
UNDO
REDO
CUT
COPY
PASTE
SELECTALL
DELETE
DLGFIND (can be used with or without the EDCMD prefix)
DLGREPLACE (can be used with or without the EDCMD prefix)
SUBMITALL
SUBMITSEL
MAPKEYS
CUSTOMIZE
DLGOPENOBJ
DLGSAVEASOBJ
ABOUT
COLLAPSE (does collapse all)
EXPAND (does expand all)
ABBREV
NEWWINDOW
Example:
A tool with the command of
EDCMD REDO
is equivalent to clicking Edit, Redo on the menu bar.
