Task Items may be missing from the 'Task by Category' or 'Tasks by Name'
tabs in Enterprise Guide.  This can occur if Task Administration has
been enabled in the Enterprise Guide Administrator. To restore the
missing tasks from the task selection lists the task administration must
be disabled.

Follow these steps to disable Task Administration:

   1.) Open the Enterprise Guide Administrator application
   2.) Select Mode PMenu
   3.) Select Admin
   4.) Select Tools PMenu
   5.) Select Options...
   6.) Uncheck Enable Task Administration
   7.) Select Ok, Restart Enterprise Guide


For Enterprise Guide 4.1, do the following:

   1.) Open Enterprise Guide 4.1
   2.) Select Tools > SAS Enterprise Guide Explorer
   3.) Select Tools > Options
   4.) Uncheck Enable Task Administration
   5.) Select Ok
