Problem Note 9732: Error '(1) Application-defined or object-defined error' occurs when a
scheduled task is run
If you run a task, such as an export, using the SAS Campaign Management
Scheduler, you may receive the following reminder messages:
The task failed to complete.
Status: Failed to run the Export.
Please report the following error: (1) Application-defined or
object-defined error
Scheduled Task Status : FAILED
This error occurs when the path specified for the ScheduleOutputPath
configuration option in the ISMCONFIG table does not exist.
To circumvent the error, use the appropriate operating system tools or
commands to create the folder path that you have referenced in the
ScheduleOutputPath setting.
