Problem Note 9720: Extra and unexpected commits may occur after applying DB2 hotfix
Applying the hotfix associated with #007859 may cause commits to occur
in places where they did not occur previously. To allow the setting of
the DB2 special registers to be remain in effect for the next query, the
way SAS handles connections was changed. This causes an extra commit to
be issued on update and insert processing when using the LIBNAME engine,
and a commit to be issued during SQL Passthru processing after each
query.
