Problem Note 8813: Ordering constraints may be ignored when exporting using a Teradata
database and the RankTable config entry
If you create an export definition using the SAS Campaign Management
Component that has fields from a number of tables, and you specify a
constraint against one of those fields on the ordering screen, that
constraint is not applied when the export is run.
To circumvent the problem, remove the RankTable entry from the ISMCONFIG
table.
