Problem Note 8805: Extraneous brackets are generated in Selection Rules
If you create a Selection Rule that contains "OR" and "AND" conditions,
the SAS Campaign Management Component automatically inserts brackets or
parentheses in between the two conditions. This insertion happens even
if the expression is already manually bracketed by the user. As a
result, the query may not be interpreted as intended.
