Problem Note 8800: Invalid column name error occurs when exporting
If you create an interface definition that contains a 'conditional on'
field that is from a table other than the table the selection rule is
based on, you may receive unexpected errors. The errors will be similar
to the following:

The only circumvention is to only specify 'conditional on' fields that
exist in the table targeted by the selection rule.
