Problem Note 8790: Default dates for export and contact history are set to 30-Dec-1899
When you execute a communication in the SAS Campaign Management
Component, the default dates supplied for the export and contact history
tasks are initialized to 30-Dec-1899. To correct the problem, manually
enter valid date values into these fields.
