Problem Note 8782: Extraneous insert and delete rows options appear in the Edit drop down
menu in Interface Definitions
In the Ordering tab of an Interface Definition, options to insert and
delete rows appear in the Edit drop down menu. Since the contents of
this window are controlled by the fields selected in the definition,
these options serve no purpose and are not functional.
In release 7.3 of the SAS Campaign Management Component, these options
have been removed from the menu.
