Problem Note 8253: Export to database table fails when appending to an existing table
If a SAS Campaign Management user attempts to export to a database table
that already exists, and chooses to append to that table, the export may
fail due to insufficient database privileges. This problem occurs if
the table was created by another user, since the Campaign Management
application does not explicitly grant permissions to PUBLIC when it
creates an export table in the database.
To workaround the problem, the site DBA must manually grant permissions
for any export tables that will be accessed by multiple users.
