Problem Note 8060: Errors occur in contact history and export tasks for scheduled
communications
If you schedule a campaign with multiple communications using the SAS
Campaign Management component and then update and save the campaign
again once the Scheduler has finished creating the Target Audience but
before it finishes the remaining tasks, you will receive errors for the
contact history and export tasks. The errors will look similar to:
Campaign Management: Thread ID: 1480,
Logged: Create Query Results:
S0002: [SAS][SAS ODBC Driver] Base table not found.
The errors occur when the campaign is saved because the records in the
ISMGroup control table for the Target Audience are written over with a
blank holding table value and zero population. Consequently, the
Contact History and Export tasks cannot complete successfully since the
holding table reference no longer exists. This situation can also occur
if you continue to schedule further communications while the previous
ones are running.
To workaround this problem, put schedule times on each of the
communications so the target audiences are not all processed together in
one batch.
