Problem Note 8057: Member lock error occurs when running a cell split
In some circumstances, if the Scheduler is running a cell split task
while other users are logged onto the Campaign Management component,
the cell split task may fail with the following error:

Lock is.....
This problem occurs because the other user's interactive session
overwrites the GroupID record in the ISMGroup table that was previously
created by the Scheduler's cell split task. When the Scheduler task
attempts to update that ISMGroup record again, the error occurs.
To circumvent the problem, only run the Scheduler when there are no
interactive users on the system.
