Problem Note 7984: Selecting to SAVE a prioritization that has already been run creates a
new prioritization group that has not been run
If you set up and run a prioritization and then select SAVE, it creates
new prioritizations groups which have not been run. This is the
behaviour you would expect if you did a SAVE AS. The workaround is to
set up and save the prioritization before running it.
