Problem Note 7389: Bookmarks missing in ODS PDF output
Bookmarks may be missing from ODS PDF output even though the page
contents (tables, graphs) display correctly. This problem is most
likely to occur for one of the following reasons:
1. The NOTOC parameter was specified on the ODS PDF statement.
2. An unbalanced parenthesis "(" exists on one of the
bookmark headings.
To correct the problem, remove the NOTOC specification from the ODS PDF
statement, or check the values used to create the bookmarks and remove
or balance any unbalanced parenthesis.
