Problem Note 5118: Specifying long TITLE and FOOTNOTE statements results in incorrect line
breaks with ODS HTML
Long TITLE and FOOTNOTE statements may break incorrectly when using ODS
HTML. The HTML line break character "<BR>" is inserted into the
resulting title or footnote after about the 108th character.
This will also occur in SAS 9.1 if the registry has been changed to
automatically create HTML3 or if the ODS HTML3 statement is used to
create the html output. See SASnote 011468 for more information.
