Problem Note 4916: Preallocating dynamic multi-volume library does not support volume
skipping
Currently, the way SAS preallocates volumes is that the volumes are
used in the order in which they are specified. If you encounter a
volume that does not have enough free space to satisfy your request, SAS
terminates the job with a B37-04 error instead of skipping that volume
and going to the next volume.
