Problem Note 4678: The REFLABEL= AXIS statement option is incorrectly documented as
REFLINE=
The documentation for the AXIS statement in "What's New in SAS Software
Version 7 and Version 8 Developer's Release" and "What's New in SAS
Software for Version 8" incorrectly states that the REFLINE= option
specifies labels for one or more of the reference lines that are
displayed on an axis. The correct option is REFLABEL=.
