Problem Note 3874: Spinbox control may not spin when used with a numeric column in a Table

If you have a Table Viewer control in a SAS/AF FRAME entry, link it to a
SAS Data Set Model and use the Properties window to set the cellControl
and valuesList attributes for a numeric column to SpinBox and "Unique
column values", respectively, the spinbox control may not spin.
To circumvent this problem, you can instead select either of the other
two choices. If you choose "Entered list of values", you do not need to
quote the values that you enter in the Values List window; the software
will quote them for you. If you choose "SCL or SLIST entry", you will
need to insert character items into the SCL list so that valid values
will be generated for the valuesList attribute. As documented in the
SAS System Help, the valuesList attribute has to process character data
regardless of the type of the column to which the list is associated.
