Problem Note 3792: Proc Export to a New MSAccess 97 Database Returns ERROR: Error Trying to
Establish Connection: Could Not Find File 'c:\whatever.mdb'. ERROR:
Error in the LIBNAME Statement.
When creating a new MSAccess 97 database, using Proc Export in SAS 8.1
and 8.2, and Microsoft Office is not installed, the following error
is returned:
ERROR: Error trying to establish connection: Could not find file
'c:\test.mdb'.
ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
If the .mdb file already exists, even if it is a different version, the
export will succeed.
