Problem Note 3286: PROC IMPORT/EXPORT cannot be recalled in the Enhanced Editor
If you submit PROC IMPORT/EXPORT code using the Enhanced Editor, you
cannot recall the code. When you click on RUN -> RECALL LAST SUBMIT,
you receive the following message:
WARNING: Nothing left to recall.
The current circumvention is to use the Program Editor when submitting
PROC IMPORT/EXPORT code if you want to recall it.
