Problem Note 2602: Required attribute has no effect on a column in Form Viewer with SCL
List model attached
The Required attribute has no effect on a column in a Form Viewer
control within a SAS/AF FRAME entry if the SCL List model is attached to
the viewer. The Required attribute is functional if a SAS Data Set
model is attached to the form viewer.
