Problem Note 2600: Colors assigned using the Form Viewer's Column Properties window may not
display in build mode until you reinvoke the frame
Colors set in the Form Viewer's Column Properties window within a SAS/AF
FRAME entry may not display in build mode immediately. However, they
should display in run mode. If, however, you close your frame and
reopen it, the colors should display correctly in build mode also.
