Usage Note 2579: Dates with years between 0001 and 0099 are interpreted as a 2 digit year with Access to DB2,ODBC and OLEDB engines

When using SAS/Access Interfaces to DB2, SAS/Access Interface to
ODBC, or SAS/ACCESS to OLEDB, dates that have a year between 0001 and
0099 are interpreted as a 2 digit year instead of missing.  This is a
problem with both DATE and TIMESTAMP data types for DB2, ODBC and OLEDB
engines.

A fix has been provided for SAS/ACCESS to DB2 and SAS/ACCESS to ODBC
V8.0 and 8.1.  It is located at:

A fix for SAS/ACCESS to OLEDB is located at:

This has been in SAS V8.2.
