Problem Note 2482: SLEEP and CALL SLEEP not available in Version 8 TSLEVEL M0
In Version 8 TSLEVEL M0 of the SAS System, the SLEEP function is not
available on any platforms except PC, and the CALL SLEEP routine is
not available on any platform. Attempting to access either the
function or the CALL routine may produces one of the following error
messages in the SAS Log:
ERROR 68-185: The function SLEEP is unknown, or cannot be accessed.
ERROR 251-185: The subroutine SLEEP is unknown, or cannot be accessed.
Check your spelling. Either it was not found in the
path(s) of executable images, or there was incorrect
or missing subroutine descriptor information.
Both SLEEP and CALL SLEEP are available on all platforms beginning
with Version 8 TSLEVEL M1.
