Problem Note 2395: ERROR: Catalog 'xxx.xxx' does not exist if invoke BUILD on CMS
with two-level name
If you invoke the SAS/AF BUILD procedure on CMS either with the PROC
BUILD statement or the BUILD command and specify a two-level name for a
permanent catalog, you may receive the following error:
ERROR: Catalog 'xxx.xxx' does not exist
where xxx.xxx is the two-level name of your catalog.
When you receive this error, you will not be able to add entries to this
catalog. This problem is specific to the CMS operating system and does
not affect catalogs in the WORK directory.
To circumvent this problem, specify a four-level entry name when you
invoke BUILD.
