Problem Note 2384: Missing value passed as argument to DATDIF produces fatal error
When a missing value is passed as the first or second argument to the
DATDIF function, the following messages are produced:
ERROR: Unexpected error detected in function DATDIF:
WARNING: Illegal argument to function
FATAL: Undetermined execution error detected in the execution of the
DATA step program. Aborted during the execution phase.
The circumvention is to conditionally execute DATDIF only when the
arguments contain non-missing values.
