Problem Note 1747: rowPosition attribute always set to 1 for TextPad Control
If you create a TextPad Control in a SAS/AF FRAME entry and you check
the value of the rowPosition attribute at run-time as follows,
row=textPad1.rowPosition;
put row=;
the attribute may always return a value of 1 (one).
