Problem Note 1737: Characters appear in reverse order when upperCase attribute set to "Yes"
for Text Pad Control
If you create a Text Pad Control in a SAS/AF FRAME entry and set the
upperCase attribute to "Yes", characters may appear in reverse order
when entered.
For example, if you enter the string "abc", the control will instead
display the string "CBA".
