Problem Note 1706: Dw.s format does not display special missing values or honor the
MISSING= option
The Dw.s format does not honor special missing values or the MISSING=
system option. All missing numeric values displayed with the Dw.s
format are written as "." (period) for the value.
This problem is fixed in Version 8 TSLEVEL 0M1.
