Usage Note 1581: _getProperties may return unexpected values for DSMODE and LOCKINGLEVEL
If you create a Version 6 Data Table legacy object in a SAS/AF FRAME
entry and specify values of EDIT and/or MEMBER for Data Mode and Lock
Mode, respectively, without also specifying a table name in the Data
Table Attributes window, the list returned by the _getProperties method
will instead show values of DSMODE=BROWSE and/or LOCKMODE=RECORD.
By not specifying a table name, the internal flags that enable the
setting of these two attributes are not set and thus the properties of
the data table object are not set to reflect the settings of the Data
Mode and Lock Mode attributes in the Data Table Attributes window.
