Problem Note 1403: PROC PRINT incorrectly justifies data when a picture format is applied
When numeric variables are associated with a picture format in PROC
PRINT, the variable's justification is incorrect. The numeric variables
associated with the picture format in PROC PRINT should be right
justified rather than left justified.
