Problem Note 1385: PLCORR option may yield message of nonconvergence
PLCORR computations may fail to converge in PROC FREQ if the initial
value of the likelihood function is very small. There is no
circumvention for this problem. In particular, changing the value of
MAXITER= or CONV= does not help.
