Problem Note 1264: 'One or more records truncated' message with FILENAME pipe
If you specify the LRECL= option on a FILENAME statement with the PIPE
engine and use a value that is the exact lrecl of the file, you will get
the message 'One or more records truncated' in the SAS Log. The message
is incorrect and no data were actually truncated. To circumvent, you
can specify an LRECL= value that's 1 greater than the actual lrecl or
remove the LRECL= option if appropriate.
