We have identified an issue that may affect performance when using SAS 9.2 Table Server in high-concurrency environments. This includes environments where SAS Table Server is being used as the database for SAS Shared Services and SAS Content Server. For optimal performance in production environments, we suggest the use of a third-party database management system; IBM DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL are all supported databases. Instructions for transitioning from the SAS 9.2 Table Server to a third-party database can be found in this SAS Note
