Normal Business Operations Interrupted in North America
Due to inclement weather in Cary, North Carolina, normal operating status for SAS Technical Support is interrupted Monday, January 9 and Tuesday, January 10, 2017.
Technical Support staff will monitor and respond to problems submitted via the following methods:
- Web form submissions from support.sas.com/opentrack
- E-mail directed to support@sas.com
- Voice-mail messages phoned in to SAS US Headquarters at 919-677-8008 or 1-800-727-0025 (US & Canada)
Incoming calls will be directed to voicemail. Technical Support staff will monitor voicemail messages and critical issues will take priority over non-critical issues.
