For any updates or hot fixes that are required before you can migrate, see the baseline requirements topic.

ITRM hot fix 311IS04 or its most recent replacement has not been applied.

This message indicates that you must fulfill the baseline requirements of applying hot fix 311IS04 or its most recent replacement. Be aware that hot fixes can be replaced by more recent hot fixes. Install the most recent hot fix bundle for SAS IT Resource Management 3.1.1.

After you complete the upgrade, run the SAS Migration Utility again. When the baseline requirement is met, this message does not appear in the Analysis Report.
