Migration
SAS Data Quality Server
Starting in Version 9, the SAS Data Quality Server cleanses and analyzes data for localized languages. This is accomplished with a Quality Knowledge Base for your particular language and region. In addition to English/United States, you can now obtain a Quality Knowledge Base for English/United Kingdom, German/Germany, and Italian/Italy; more are in the works. Because of this enhancement, some syntax has changed. The Release 8.2 syntax is supported in SAS 9, but users are encouraged to adopt the new procedure names and function names.
If you use DataFlux dfPower Studio, you want the schemes and match codes to be compatible with SAS Data Quality Server. Here is our best suggestion: SAS Data Quality Server 9.1, SAS ETL Studio 9.1 (with Data Quality plug-ins), and dfPower Studio Version 5.
