Fit Statistics
AIC and BIC are now printed in smaller-is-better forms in the
"Fit Statistics" table. A finite-sample corrected version of
AIC (AICC) is also included. When you specify METHOD=ML, these
criteria now incorporate the effective number of fixed-effects
parameters (the rank of the X matrix) in addition to the number of
estimated covariance parameters. Refer to Burnham and Anderson (1998)
for additional details.
